Lucilla (March 7, 148 or 150–182) was the wife of Lucius Verus, the older sister to Commodus, and the daughter of Marcus Aurelius. Lucilla and Lucius Verus had three children together: Aurelia Lucilla, Lucilla Plautia, and Lucius Verus. She was honored with the title of “Augusta” when her husband became emperor, and she became empress. Lucilla became involved in the plan to kill her brother Commodus, so that she and Verus could rule. However, when Commodus discovered this, he exiled her to Capri and had her executed.
